Prep Ahead Breakfast
Labor Day is over, the kids are back in school, and there is a scent of fall in the air. The mornings will start back up into a routine and if you have a lot on your plate, easy breakfast options can be a lifesaver. My whole family likes oatmeal. Sometimes there isn’t enough time for steel cut oats. Also, with three girls to get ready in the morning, grab-and-go’s are where it’s at. With a little prep the night before, these recipes can help your mornings run a little smoother. Let’s get started!

Bacon Broccoli Egg Bites (For those who do not like oatmeal)
For the egg bites, I also use spinach and feta. You can use any combination you like. I don’t mind the oats cold, but my girls like their oatmeal hot so I take off the jar lid and pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds.
